The Asia Pacific village has been conceptualized as a space for NGOs to
share their work and activities. The participating NGOs will be given an
area of 2mX2m and also a common stage where it will be possible to perform
during the three day conference. Time for performance will be given
according to the number registering for the Asia Pacific Village.
PRE REQUISITES AND RULES
Only NGOs can book a space in the Asia Pacific Village (AP Village)
All the persons taking part in the Asia Pacific Village need to
register for the Conference. The registrations have to reach the
Secretariat by September 15, 2007 under penalty of the NGO being refused
participation to the AP Village.
Content of the exhibition/performance should be neither commercial
nor controversial
Allotment of space will be subject to the Cultural Committee
approval
The cost of the venue (booth + stage) will be of US $500 (INR
21,500) and must be paid after receiving confirmation from the
Committee, to book the space.
All NGOs aspiring to participate in the AP Village have to fill up
the AP VILLAGE REQUEST FORM and send it as attachment to Ms
Francesca Barolo, Coordinator 4thAPCRSH, at

Deadline for application is August 31, 2007.
On obtaining information of selection, the selected NGOs will have
to fill the appropriate form which will be uploaded on the Conference
website and pay the required Fee.
Applicants may apply for scholarship. Please visit the Scholarship page on the Conference website and complete the Scholarship Application Form.
Spaces are limited. Only those who register before the deadline will
be considered for selection.

Brief on the product, process and the cultural performance or
programme to be conducted.
NGO registration number.
Reference details of three persons who do not belong to your organization but are well acquainted with your work.
Applications will not be considered valid if incomplete or received beyond deadline
August 31, 2007.
