A space will be dedicated to International Organizations, publishing houses,
educational institutions, research centres, corporates, firms etc, to exhibit their
products/activities.

- An exhibition booth of 3mX3m will be allotted which includes 1
table, 2 chairs, dustbin and plug points.
- It is not necessary for the exhibitor to register for the conference
unless they want to attend the Conference sessions, in which case they
will be requested to do so.
- The exhibitors are requested to complete the online EXHIBITION STALL
BOOKING FORM
- The cost of booking an exhibition booth will be US $ 1,000 (INR
43,000).
Booths no. 4 & 8 are double size therefore the cost is USD 2,000 / INR
86,000”.
Organisations/Companies, which are booking either booth No 4 or 8,
while completing the EXHIBITION STALL BOOKING FORM, in the field “Number
of Booth(s) required” are requested to indicate No 2 booths and make the
payment accordingly. Booths No4 and 8 will not be assigned if the amount
received by the organizers corresponds to the payment for a single
booth.
Criteria for Selection
- Agencies dealing with harmful products such as tobacco, baby foods
will be excluded.
- Agencies dealing with products related to reproductive health will
be given preference.
Deadline
- Please submit your EXHIBITION STALL BOOKING FORM by September 20, 2007.
- The applications will not be considered valid if incomplete or received beyond deadline date.
